THE SCHEME
The site was acquired by The Linton Group from Karawana Holdings and Bravo in late 2015, following a planning consent granted in February 2015. The Linton Group is taking forward the development as per the planning permission.
The scheme will deliver 17 flats totaling almost 37,000 sq ft, including a penthouse. As well as the private amenity space provided for all the apartments, additional facilities will include landscaped communal gardens, car parking and a 24-hour concierge.
